Google Calendar Sync
Asset Assign connects to your Google Calendar, automatically pulling in your upcoming events. From there, you can quickly decide which events need reservations and which don't. Event names, locations and dates all come through and you can assign your inventory items to that event in just a few clicks.

Calendar View
Prefer a visual layout? The calendar page shows all of your reservations and their statuses in a color-coded view. Click on any event to see the details, update the status, or edit the reservation directly.

Inventory Management with the Phrase Checker
At the core of Asset Assign is the phrase checker; it's the original reason the tool was built. It tracks your inventory by letters, numbers and symbols so that you can easily type in the phrase you need to know if everything is available.

However, you can also add your own custom categories for anything else you rent out in your business! Need to track linens, backdrops, or photo booths? Just add your custom category and begin entering those items.
Each inventory item has an edit button (to update quantity or description), a duplicate option and a delete option (with safeguards).
CSV Upload
Getting started is easy. Asset Assign includes a CSV template so you can upload your existing inventory in bulk, rather than entering everything one item at a time.
